About your coach..
Hi, I'm Tracey Bryant Stuckey, and I am a master NBPTS coach and and former assessor for the NBPTS Renewal Process. As an NBPTS coach for the last 25+ years, I have learned many tips and tricks to unpacking the rubric and breaking the process down into a methodical and systematic steps.
In addition, I have developed a framework for skillfully supporting candidates like you, to quickly plan, develop, and understand the components for your NBPTS portfolio. My coaching programs have supported 2000+ teachers since 2009, and more than 1000 since 2020 virtually.
From this work, I have developed a Challenge for initial candidates. Through this National Board Certification Challenge, I promise to support you with getting started and developing your outlines and ideas for the written commentaries in Components 2, Component 3, and Component 4 that are clear, concise, and convincing to meet the rubrics for the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. NBPTS writing tips and planning will be included in this challenge.
