The All Access Pass
You don't just want a course. You want someone walking through this with you.
The All Access Pass is coaching support for candidates already enrolled in one of my Initial Certification courses or workshops — for the candidate who doesn't want to sit alone with the rubric, the blank page, and that voice asking, "Am I doing this right?"
Why the course comes first
Your course gives you the roadmap — what this Component asks of you, what strong evidence looks like, where you're headed.
The All Access Pass is what happens once you're actually walking that road and you want someone beside you, asking the questions that keep you moving in the right direction.
That's why it's only available after you enroll. Not because I'm gatekeeping support — because coaching only works when we're standing on the same shared ground. Without the course, I'm guessing at where you are. With it, every question I ask you is pointed at exactly the part of the work that matters most right now.
What working together actually looks like
I won't rewrite your reflection or hand you the words to use. Your certification is built on your teaching, your students, your evidence — not mine. That's not a limitation of this offer. That's the whole point of it.
What I will do is read your work the way the rubric reads it, then ask you the questions that help you see what's already strong and what still needs to surface. Sometimes that sounds like "tell me more about this moment" — sometimes it sounds like "the rubric is asking for evidence of X, where do you see that in what you've written?" Either way, I'm not grading you against a standard from the outside. I'm helping you hold the rubric up like a mirror, so you can see your own practice more clearly through it.
That includes:
- Working through your Component-specific templates together
- Keeping you accountable to your own checklist and pace
- Coaching questions and comments aligned to the rubric
- Help seeing where your evidence is strong, and where it's still asking to be found
- A space to land when you're stuck on what comes next
- Zoom office hours connected to your pass
- A final rubric-aligned review while your pass is active
One Component at a time
Your pass follows you through one Component — the one you're actively building. Not because more isn't possible someday, but because real clarity needs focus. Spread across three Components at once, even the best coaching turns into noise. Pointed at one, it becomes momentum.
Is this your next right step?
It probably is, if you're already enrolled in a course and you know in your gut you don't want to do this part alone — if you're willing to revise and reflect, and you just want someone with you while you do.
Not enrolled yet? Start with the course that matches where you are right now — the Pass will be waiting when you're ready for it.
